The South San Francisco Police Association is a dedicated group of professional men and women, devoted to the betterment of a safer, stronger, and more vibrant City of South San Francisco.

We promote a Community Service orientation amongst our members, while attending to some of the needs of citizens less fortunate than ourselves.

Each year Police Association Members participate in the "Law Enforcement Torch Run," promoting public awareness of the plight of the developmentally disabled in our community.

We help organize, run, and officiate events for the "Special Olympic Track and Field Events" sponsored by PARCA.

Each year the Police Association sponsors an Annual Easter Egg Hunt for some of the underprivileged children in South San Francisco.

Over the past decade you may have seen our Members serving crowds in excess of 300 persons as we sponsor our Annual Senior Citizens Appreciation Breakfast at Magnolia Recreation Center.

During the Christmas Season, Police Association Members gather and distribute Holiday Food Baskets to needy families in the city of South San Francisco. And at various times throughout the rest of the year, work with Saint Anthony Pauda Kitchen, to feed hungry families.

Police Association Members help to financially support the "Annual 'Say No to Drugs' Campaign" and the "South San Francisco Police Explorer Program" as well as the local Police Athletic League.

As Members, we actively promote the business objectives of the South San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and participate in the Annual "Business to Business Trade Expo."

As annual participants in the Day in the Park Festival, the Police Association seeks to promote the positive relationships between Community, Police personnel, and the Downtown Merchants Association.
